IV) Discussion and Potential Action Item:
The District Staff recommends the Voting Members of the Property Committee review the recommendations from the Healthy Living Campus Phase I RCFE Advisory Working Group (AWG), take Public and Property Committee input and recommend that the District Board of Directors reviews and considers the unanimous recommendations from the RCFE AWG and Consultants.

V) Discussion and Potential Action Item:
Recommend Board approval for District CEO to execute a contract extension amendment for Paul Murdoch Architects, Inc. to continue to work on both the Healthy Living Campus Phase I and for the completion of the Bike Path project. For the work required for the selection process of the RCFE Developer/Owner/Operator in Phase 1 amendment will be based on a time and material through October 31, 2022, not to exceed $50,000. For the Bike Path staff is recommending including awarding Paul Murdoch Architects, Inc. $65,000.

VI) Discussion and Potential Action Item:
Recommend approval for the District Board of Directors to approve for District CEO to extend the existing contract with Psomas for $45,750 to prepare Surveys of existing property and other documentation for the Health Living Campus (HLC) project, needed for the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application materials, and to provide key reference documents for design guidance and construction planning to commence later this year
