VII.3.C) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEM: STAFF IS RECOMMENDING BOARD APPROVAL FOR DISTRICT CEO TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT EXTENSION AMENDMENT FOR PAUL MURDOCH ARCHITECTS, INC. TO CONTINUE TO WORK ON BOTH THE HEALTHY LIVING CAMPUS PHASE I AND FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE BIKE PATH PROJECT. FOR THE WORK REQUIRED FOR THE SELECTION PROCESS OF THE RCFE DEVELOPER/LESSEE/OPERATOR IN PHASE 1, AMENDMENT WILL BE BASED ON TIME AND MATERIAL THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2022 NOT TO EXCEED $50,000. FOR THE BIKE PATH STAFF IS RECOMMENDING AWARDING PAUL MURDOCH ARCHITECTS, INC. $65,000.
