    BCHD and Vanessa Poster deliberately misrepresent Blue Zones findings in this memo to Metro, including, the issue of 5 generations of sleep disruption from the ROW expansion. It seems that the Board does not believe Blue Zones research, not its CMO. BCHD must take a position of firm opposition to the expansion of the ROW to 24/7/365 operation through District neighborhoods.
