I find it hard to fathom that BCHD has NO PUBLIC OUTREACH PLAN for the 110-foot tall, 250,000 sqft, 100% PRIVATE RCFE plan. That demonstrates how little BCHD cares to keep the public informed.

RB/MB/HB/Torrance Mayors, Councils, and Planning Commissions:
BCHD refuses to disclose the PMB LLC plans for our P-CF Publicly Owned parcel. BCHD's lack of transparency terrifies the surrounding neighbors who have already lost $120M in property values from being adjacent to BCHD commercial development.

Please see below (in red) for the District’s response to your public records request received 9/07/23 that reads:
The public has been completely isolated from the PMB LLC plans for the RCFE on the publicly owned P-CF lot, especially following the separation of the C-2 lot.
Provide documents demonstrating the public outreach plan for the dissemination and public comment as input to the proposed roughly 110-foot tall, 250,000 sqft 100% PMB LLC owned RCFE structure.
The records you are seeking are not related to final determinations, or to records that have not already been published, such information remains privileged by the District.
