BCHD's level of fiduciary irresponsibility has hit an all time high as it obligates Resident Taxpayers to providing $170M for 30 years of allcove provision to all of SPA8. BCHD confirmed in a public records act response that it conducted NO 30 year financial analysis the $6.3M grant's impact on District Taxpayers.

At this time, the only appropriate fiduciary action is for BCHD to return the $6.3M grant, thereby abrogating the 30-year obligation to service and the allcove SPA8 service area. This would return allcove or perhaps unlabeled mental health services to District Residents and School attendees, and vacation the irresponsible $170M obligation that BCHD foisted upon Resident Taxpayers with no analysis or public vote.
