BCHD's Measure BC was rejected by voters. The Electorate refused to allow funding on the allcove building for SPA8 and the demolition of the Hospital in preparation for a private developer on the site. It is clear that voters disagree with BCHD's Board and Executive Management future spending plans. BCHD is a financial failure and cannot be allowed to assume any debt that could ultimately fall onto voters.
