Discussion and Potential Action Item: Staff recommends Board approval to (i) update the Center for Health and Fitness (CHF) Tenant Improvement budget from $2,000,000 to $5,600,000 (consistent with the 15 year financial plan and 5 year capital project funding strategy publicly reviewed by the Board on November 19, 2025), an increase of $3,600,000 and (ii) authorize the CEO to negotiate, finalize, execute, and deliver a Public Works Construction Contract with the lowest responsive bidder, Archico Design-Built Inc. dba ADB Construction Group in the amount of $3,985,000 for the construction work associated with the relocation of CHF to the upper floor of the 510 N. Prospect Avenue Building.
