Discussion and Potential Action Item: Staff recommends Board approval to (i) update the allcove Beach Cities budget from $7,369,200 to $11,500,000 (consistent with the 15 year financial plan and 5 year capital project funding strategy publicly reviewed by the Board on November 19, 2025), an increase of $4,130,800 and (ii) authorize the District CEO to   negotiate, finalize, execute, and deliver the Phase II of the Menemsha Development Group Inc. Progressive-Design-Build Contract in the amount of $9,226,068.43 for construction services associated with building the new allcove Beach Cities facility.
