10/1/24 - Board Member Poster lied to the City Council after clearly identifying herself as a sitting Board Member. Poster's claim that the City Attorney admonished the Planning Commission to not Target BCHD was a total falsehood and BCHD has been unable to provide any support that the statement exists "on the record". In fact in a PRA response, BCHD provided a nonsensical response without support. The Board and outside counsel were notified and no action has been reported publicly. Absent action, it is clear that the Board condoned Poster's action.

10/31/25 - Committee Member Drummer asserted that the primary opposition groups to BCHD's overdevelopment (that would be StopBCHD and TRAO) were like to DOGE and were attempting to dismantle government. As a Committee Member, Drummer was bound to the BCHD ethics and cannot be making public statements at BCHD meetings that are objectively false. Drummer has not been public adjudicated for the ethics vioation.

11/19/25 - Committee Member Drummer asserted that BCHD has been fully reimbursed for the $2.3M that CEO Bakaly's Report stated was NOT REIMBURSED. Neither Bakaly who authored the report, nor any Board member, corrected Committee Member Drummer's demonstrably false statement. In a complete rebuke to BCHD ethics statements and policies, Drummer lied to Board, CEO, and public. That was following by the CEO and Boards complete acceptance without challenge of a Committee Member's false stated. Clearly, the CEO and the Board intended to have that false message in the record without dispute. Neither Drummer nor the CEO and Board have been publicly adjudicated for ethics violations.

First Date Unknown and Ongoing - At a minimum, the executive management of ALLCOVE and at a maximum, the CEO and Board, determined that referrals and therefore financial gain should be funneled from ALLCOVE and BCHD to Board Member Koo's enterprise, Clear Behavioral Health. Whether a clear ethics violation or not, the appearance of a violation is clear and without public ethics adjudication.
