    This proposal seems to be a thorough plan that is both fiscally responsible and limiting in the disruption for the members of CHF. THe proposal by Ally Construction appears to be very professional and demonstrates a wealth of experience and knowledge.With this plan, it appears that community disturbance will be minimized. Thank you to the committee from CHF for their due diligence and commitment to CHF and its members.
