The portal selected for submission of e-Comments (Granicus) is very user unfriendly. Its non-intuitive nature and absence of any navigation instructions create unnecessary and likely unintended impediments to community use. I urge the Board to direct staff to investigate other services or tools within Granicus to facilitate public participation.
