Tom Baklay's interview with the Easy Reader is a classic BCHD half-truth extravaganza. THe hospital is not 6-stories. And if it is, then the certified EIR for the HLC needs to amended to clear up its LIE. The 4-story hospital is not 60-feet tall. It is 51.5 feet tall according to MILLION$ in consultant work. If BCHD is asserting the hospital is 60-feet tall, then BCHD must correct the LIE in the pre-CUP. It's extraordinarily difficult for the surrounding neighborhoods to ever trust BCHD so long as it uses its stock-in-trade core value of UNTRUTHFUL STATEMENTS.
