It appears that BCHD Board Member Poster willfully attempted to mislead the Redondo Beach City Council with her false claim that the City Attorney rebuked the Planning Commissioners. That is far from the transcript of the 9/19/24 meeting that Poster cites as a source document.

Planning Commission Transcript - BCHD claims that Poster relied on the 9/19/24 Planning Commission that stated the following - “before we continue, I've been reminded by the City Attorney to make a statement to the audience just to remind the audience the purpose of tonight's hearing is about the general Plan update; it's not on the Beach Cities Health District. So really the focus is more broad on the entire city and this policy document that we're working on so I just would like every everybody to keep that in mind thank you.”

If Board Member Poster relied on the 9/19/24 Planning Commission meeting transcript/video as BCHD states - YET, Poster testified to the City Council that “your … lawyers … had to remind … (Planning Commissioners) during a public meeting … on the record to stop targeting BCHD” – How can that be ANYTHING BUT a Public Official of BCHD MISLEADING the Redondo Beach City Council?
