    #1 BCHD continues to operate in the SHADOWS on the 793,000 sqft, 110-feet above Beryl street HLC. The project is for 80% to 95% non-resident use.

    BCHD ACKNOWLEDGES NON-PUBLIC DISCUSSIONS THAT DENY TAXPAYER-OWNERS THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE DESTINY OF THE PUBLIC LAND PARCEL THAT WAS VOTER APPROVED FOR THE BENEFIT OF "RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE" WITHIN THE DISTRICT

    MAIN CAMPUS • PMB & BCHD together are resolving the Ground Lease remaining due diligence items including Legal Exhibits, CUP Submittal timeframe, construction sequencing, on-site parking, and sustainability goals. • Developer and BCHD are working on project sequencing details that could benefit all project stakeholders OTHER BCHD / HLC PROJECTS • PACE – Planning and lease negotiations are also still underway for PACE program space.

    #2 allcove is failing to provide EQUITABLE SERVICE LEVELS to SPA8

    BCHD added SPA8 in order to get some non-White, lower income areas to facilitate funding. BCHD advertises 74% 4-CITY use and ignores that 13 other Cities that are declared MHSA and Disadvantaged Communities receive only 13.5% of services despite being 75% of the SPA8 population.
