Following extensive analysis, we have determined that the results of the BCHD allcove Beach Cities program exacerbates the health resource disparities between disadvantaged, non-white, provider deficient communities and the wealthy, generally white, provider rich areas of SPA8 - the allcove Beach Cities service area. In short, this is an abject failure of the objectives of the MHSOAC and MHSA.
