At a mere $1M per year and assuming 5% inflation, that commits TAXPAYERS OF THE DISTRICT to $66.5M consumption of Property Taxes and potentially PARCEL ASSESSMENTS. BCHD OWNERS/TAXPAYERS/RESIDENTS are superminority beneficiaries of the expenditures they are COMMITTED TO.
