BCHDs position is laughable. BCHD is in default on its contract terms with Metro. The Amendment of record clearly shows that BCHD will complete 1200-feet of bike path for $1.8M. I a bait and switch, BCHD is contracting for a mere 400-feet of bike path at a cost $400K for BCHD planning and overheads and another $1M to $1.8M in construction costs. BCHD is placing taxpayers at risk at is deliberately and willfully attempts to ignore the terms of its Measure M award.
