Staff is recommending the Property Committee voting Board members review and recommend to the District Board of Directors to approve and authorize at the June 28, 2023 Board meeting the District CEO to execute the Schematic Design Services Agreement with Paul Murdoch Architects of not to exceed $140,000 included in the allcove Beach Cities new facility budget based on time and materials incurred in connection with the building of a new “allcove” youth wellness center on the BCHD Beryl Lot site.
