BCHD needs to withdraw from Blue Zones. BCHD failed to support the District neighborhoods that are being damaged by intermittent noise and vibration 24/7/365 if Metro approves the street level, right of way route.

The following demonstrates BCHD's dereliction of duty with regard to District residents, despite the clear fact that Blue Zones principles and publications demonstrate the damages of intermittent noise and chronic stress.
