Review and recommend approval by the Board of Directors in the November 16, 2022 meeting to authorize for CEO to execute a First Amendment to the ForStrategy Consulting, Inc., Agreement for a total amount of $45,500 ($6,500 per month) to extend professional services for another seven (7) months, from December 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, to complete an expanded Scope of Work for environmental consultancy services related to health, infrastructure improvements and sustainability as outlined in Exhibit A.
