Staff is recommending the Finance Committee review and recommend the District Board Authorize for CEO to execute the implementation, support, and license agreement for the Priority Based Budget software resourceX with Resource Exploration, Inc. for an initial year and implementation cost of $30,000 included in the FY22-23 capital budget followed by three renewal years of $25,000 each, totaling $105,000 for four years.
