VIA.) Staff is recommending the Finance Committee review and recommend the District Board authorize the CEO to extend the existing contract dated October 1, 2021 with CBRE|Heery for not to exceed a total of $311,297 based on estimated hours worked through June 30, 2023 to provide building and construction project management support for Beach Cities Health District as follows Bike Path ($132,355), Healthy Living Campus Masterplan ($84,697), PACE and allcove Youth Wellness Center ($77,559) and other technical building matters as they occur ($16,686), where both the Bike Path and allcove project costs will be offset by Grant reimbursements awarded estimated for $170,000 resulting in net estimated District cost of $141,000 all covered in the FY22-23 annual capital, healthy living campus and operating budget.
