Staff is recommending the Finance Committee review and recommend District Board authorize the CEO to finalize, execute, and deliver the Ground Lease in substantially the form attached hereto with WRC PMB Redondo Beach LLC, the entity created by the Developer PMB and Operator Watermark, as the tenant for development of the Healthy Living Campus building at 514 N. Prospect Avenue, Redondo Beach, including construction and operation of a residential care facility for the elderly, and construction of space for a PACE center, Youth Wellness Center and Community Health Center.
