There is little public interest or engagement in BCHD strategic planning (SP). The February 2022 SP meeting had ZERO participants according to the CEO report. There was no report of the last attendance of the half-day, however prior meetings had approximately 4-6 members of the unaffiliated public out of 125 Board, Executives, Staff, Consultants, Contractors, Committee members, and affiliated volunteers. Such pathetic turnout clearly signals the lack of public value placed on BCHD.
